This site is dedicated to the memory of Marlon.

Hung Sing 'Marlon' Chung was born in Hong Kong on October 20, 1949. He immigrated to the the UK in 1972 and worked in a number of places in England and Wales. After heading back and forth to Hong Kong he married and returned to the UK where he settled in Bury St Edmunds and setup a successful family business in the heart of town. Throughout the decades working in the catering industry, Marlon made numerous friends and acquaintances. He retired in April 2012. He is much loved and will always be remembered by all who knew him. Marlon was a very kind, selfless, quietly content gentleman.

He enjoyed horse racing and football. He loved cooking especially chinese meals and has tried to pass his kitchen/catering skills to his children!. He was also fond of visiting new places but also enjoyed the simple things such as catching up with all his family and friends.
